What shipping methods are available?

How long will it take to get my package from Green Cross?

Using non identifying packing we are able to send your orders safely and securely to your door in 2-3day business days. Place your order before 3pm and we have it shipped out same day. Once E-Transfer payment has been confirmed we will issue a tracking number, so you know where you order is at all times.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Interac e-Transfers through online banking. NEW: We now accept Bitcoin/Ethereum. Payment information is provided in the confirmation email following order placement.

Can I cancel my order and get a refund after already paying?

We do not offer refunds after payment is accepted. You may cancel your order and your payment amount will be placed on your account as credit, or you may change your order if it hasn’t shipped yet to something of equal value.

What will happen to my order if I don’t submit payment?

We will hold on to the order for 24hrs. Please let us know if you are waiting to make a payment so that we do not cancel it if you need some time. All of our products come in limited quantities so we can only hold onto an order for 24hrs before having to release it.

Buying with Cryptocurrency?

How Can I Cancel or Change My Order?

Don’t worry, orders can be canceled any time up to delivery. If you’d like to change your order, just cancel your current order and place a new one. Please note there is nothing we can do once product has been shipped

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes. After you’ve selected your items, Green Cross will require you to register an account before completing your order. This will also make things so much easier for you to track and recall what you've already tried when you order again.

Can I Return a Product?
